Position Highlights:
- Established OB-GYN practice with strong physician and clinical support
- Outpatient-only position with no call
- Mix of general gynecology and new OB patient overflow
- Opportunity to expand into procedures based on training, certification, and credentialing
- Expected patient volume of approximately 17–20 patients per day once fully ramped
- Monday–Friday schedule, clinic hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Strong interest or background in Women’s Health required
- Eligible for licensure in Washington
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $129K – $150K plus RVU bonus opportunity
