- Provide comprehensive primary care services for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic condition management
- Conduct well-child visits, women's health exams, and age-appropriate screenings
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and conditions across the lifespan of women and children
- Educate patients and families on wellness, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards and policies

Qualifications:
- Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; women's health, pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient education skills
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a primary care environment
- Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $140-180k per year
