Seeking a Vascular Surgery Division Chair to join a collaborative academic medical team northwest of Boston, Massachusetts.
Position Highlights:
- Lead the clinical, strategic and operational development of an academic vascular surgery division.
- Guide program growth, access, clinical quality, capital planning and performance improvement.
- Recruit and mentor faculty and advanced practitioners and advance surgical education, research and training programs.
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders across a tertiary medical center.
- MD/DO or equivalent, vascular surgery board certification or eligibility and Massachusetts licensure eligibility are required, with at least five years of practice and demonstrated leadership.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time annual base salary range: $650,000–$700,000.
