Seeking an experienced Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon
to join and help grow a strong vascular program at a Level II Trauma Center in Central Pennsylvania.
Position Highlights:
- Opportunity to lead and grow a strong vascular surgery program
- Part of a Level II Trauma Center
- Fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon with 5–7 years of experience preferred
- Expertise in complex vascular and lower-extremity revascularization and limb salvage
- Experience with complex abdominal and endovascular aortic procedures, with open aortic capability when needed
- Expertise in carotid disease, dialysis access, and venous disorders
- Collaborate with the medical staff to educate and promote current and advanced vascular procedures
- 2 Cardiac ORs and 9 General ORs
- 3 Cardiac Cath Labs
- 1 Hybrid OR
- 24/7 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia team
- 12-bed CVICU
- Cardiac and General Anesthesia support
- Cardiac Rehab Unit
Qualifications:
- Fellowship training in Vascular Surgery
- 5–7 years of post-fellowship experience preferred
- Proficiency in complex vascular surgery and advanced endovascular procedures
- Expertise in complex lower-extremity revascularization and limb salvage
- Experience with complex abdominal and endovascular aortic cases
- Ability to perform open aortic procedures when needed
- Expertise in carotid disease, dialysis access, and venous disorders
Compensation & Benefits:
- $675K guaranteed base compensation for two years
- $25K sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
