Seeking BE/BC Urology Physician Assistant to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Join a urology practice with six physicians and two APPs using a collaborative team approach.
- Clinical focus includes incontinence, BPH and robotic surgery.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care across three regional practice locations.
- Experienced physicians offer mentorship in an environment designed to challenge, support and respect clinicians.
- Forty-hour position with variable days; published shifts include 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- $52.05-$78.07 per hour.
- $10,000 recruitment incentive for sign-on and relocation, with additional incentive opportunities.
- Five CME days annually and a $2,500 CME allowance.
- 403(b) plan with 2% employer match plus a 2.5% core contribution after one year.
