to join its growing rural healthcare team and help expand access to high-quality urologic care in a critical access hospital setting.
Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive urology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers, specialists, and nursing teams
- Deliver patient-centered, relationship-based care in a rural community setting
- Support care coordination across the continuum to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and appropriate coding practices
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, mission-driven healthcare team
- Help expand access to specialty urologic services in an underserved region
