Position Highlights
- Join a five-urologist practice with 1:9 call and APP support.
- Three da Vinci systems, including SP, with planned additional robotics capacity.
- Experienced surgical first assists and multidisciplinary hospital services support a broad surgical practice.
- Opportunity to build robotic expertise, participate in tumor board and collaborate with robotics-trained partners.
- Financial assistance may be available upon signing for physicians still in training.
Compensation & Benefits
- $650K base salary with productivity incentives available from day one.
- Starting and retention bonuses up to $165K.
