Seeking a BE/BC Urgent Care Physician to join a growing urgent care team in Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region, with opportunities to practice across multiple modern urgent care locations and a potential pathway toward medical leadership.
Position Highlights:
- Work across at least two of five urgent care clinics
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Weekend and holiday rotations, typically every 3rd weekend
- Manageable volume of 3–5 patients per hour
- Treat patients across the full age spectrum, from newborns through geriatrics
- Primarily low-acuity cases, including acute illnesses and minor procedures
- Laceration repair, splinting and fracture care
- Work alongside autonomous NPs, PAs and NCAs
- APPs practice independently alongside physicians
- Walk-in X-ray and modern onsite laboratory services
- Fully integrated Epic EMR
- Strong opportunity for a physician interested in pursuing a Medical Director role within the next few years

Qualifications:
- BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current BLS and ACLS
- Urgent care or emergency medicine experience strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, multitasking and diagnostic skills
- Strong commitment to patient experience
