Details:
- Provide walk in clinic urgent and non-urgent patient care. Sees patients in the clinics for examination, diagnosis, and treatment of both chronic and acute episodic illnesses and minor injuries. Refers to physician as needed.
- Fast-paced Direct Care Clinic with higher acuity patients
- Two providers, one RN & two MA’s per shift
- Work a flexible 13 shifts per month (1.0 FTE position)
- Clinic hours: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Weekdays, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Weekends
- Outpatient only with no call
- Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
- Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
- 70-80 patients per shift wintertime / ~60 patients per shift summertime with 2 providers
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record

- Previous APP primary care experience required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $146k - $169k plus RVU bonus potential
