Seeking BE/BC Trauma/Critical Care Surgeon to join an employed surgical group in Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region.
Practice & Schedule
- Initially serve as the daytime acute care surgeon for urgent and emergency general-surgery cases.
- Role is planned to evolve into a rotating hospital-based surgicalist model with the trauma and critical care team.
- Share inpatient rounding for trauma and surgical critical care patients.
- Participate in trauma call, approximately 8-10 calls monthly, plus shared elective general-surgery call.
- Collaborate with emergency medicine, hospital medicine and surgical specialists to support timely intervention and coordinated inpatient care.
