Outstanding opportunity for a BC/BE Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join a thriving practice in Central Michigan!
Highlights:
- Full-time, employed position
- Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Includes coverage at a nearby satellite location
- No call responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and disorders in patients of all ages
- Manage acute and chronic injuries , including sprains, strains, fractures, overuse injuries, and joint pain
- Provide sports medicine care , including concussion management, performance medicine, and restorative treatments
- Coordinate surgical referrals when needed, ensuring seamless care with orthopedic or specialized surgeons
Requirements:
- U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
- Board eligible or board-certified
- Completed a Family Medicine Residency and Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship
- Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License
