A leading community-based healthcare organization in Rutland, Vermont is seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
to provide remote
behavioral health services to children and adults
across southern-central Vermont.
Position Highlights:
- Remote position serving patients throughout southern-central Vermont
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
- Treat children and adults with a wide range of behavioral health conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and behavioral health screenings
- Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Client-centered, recovery-oriented care model

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active LICSW license (or ability to obtain Vermont licensure)
- Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience providing psychotherapy to children and adults
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $68,500–$104K
- $5K sign-on bonus
