Details:
- 465-bed multispecialty Level II Trauma Center with 15 state-of-the-art operating rooms, 3 Labor and Delivery and 4 GI/IR procedure rooms, and 3 Cath Labs.
- The hospital includes a total of 44 beds in the ICU from SICU, CVICU, and NICU.
- There are currently four full-time Intensivists and two neuro-vascular physicians in the practice
- Staffing: 2 Intensivists staffed daily, each physician works with a midlevel.
- 4 ICU Units at Medical Center: Critical Care Unit, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Critical Care Unit, & Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
- ECMO availability (need to have experience) & EBUS.
- 16 - 20 Shifts per month, with 8am-5pm and 7 am to 7pm shifts. Shifts are in blocks 7 days on a block including a block schedule for the call, one week on one week off rotating with the group.
- The hospital receives over 1000 strokes + 200 TIA patients per year in a very busy and active stroke program.
- One week shift will be rotated to another sister hospital for coverage among physicians in the group
