A well-established, physician-led multi-specialty group in the Los Angeles area is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join a high-demand practice offering a balanced mix of outpatient pulmonary medicine and inpatient critical care in a collaborative, high-acuity clinical environment.
Position Highlights:
- 50% outpatient pulmonary medicine / 50% inpatient pulmonary & critical care practice
- Hospital and LTACH-based clinical responsibilities
- Established multi-specialty group with strong leadership and referral network
- Shared call coverage (approximately 1:2, negotiable)

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical skills in managing complex inpatient and outpatient cases
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $360K plus $40k performance bonus
