A well-established, award-winning healthcare system in Southern California, located approximately 45 minutes east of Lancaster, CA, is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join its growing multispecialty team in a high-demand clinical setting.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care role with a 50/50 inpatient and outpatient mix
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Shared weekend coverage (approximately 1–2 weekends per month)
- Manage a diverse patient population with strong clinical volume in both ICU and clinic settings
- Open ICU model with 18 ICU beds
- Average daily volume: 15–20 inpatient and 12–15 outpatient encounters
- Opportunity to work with Internal Medicine residency program and medical students
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- Access to advanced hospital services including cardiac care, emergency services, surgery, and labor & delivery
- Located within reach of larger Southern California metro areas
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting base salary of approximately $350K (negotiable)
