Seeking BE/BC Psychiatry Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Provide full-time, onsite outpatient psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management and individualized treatment planning.
- Collaborate with patients, families and a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including serious mental illness, depression, anxiety, PTSD and substance use disorders.
- The organization provides outpatient, residential, community-based, addiction, child/adolescent and 24/7 crisis services.
- Opportunities to mentor residents and work with supportive clinical and administrative leaders.
- Forty-hour Monday-Friday schedule, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- $150.4808-$157.6923 per hour.
- Compensation package may include vision coverage, generous PTO, retirement benefits, CME allowance and dedicated CME time, malpractice insurance and relocation assistance.
