Position Highlights:
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population
- Conduct psychiatric diagnostic assessments in acute, sub-acute, emergency, and non-emergency settings
- Provide medication management and other appropriate treatment interventions
- Collaborate with medical professionals regarding patients’ psychiatric conditions
- Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and direction to allied professional and paraprofessional staff
- Lead clinical team meetings and participate in Medical Staff meetings and committees
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with other clinical staff
- Contribute to Performance Quality Improvement initiatives and peer review activities
- Work within a comprehensive behavioral health system offering outpatient, recovery, and integrated healthcare services

Qualifications:
- Current license to practice medicine in the State of Indiana
- Current U.S. authorization/license to prescribe medications
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry Residency
- Eligible for and/or certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Positive references from previous professors and/or supervisors
- Current credentials maintained as required by applicable certifying and licensing bodies
