A well-established community hospital in Northwest Philadelphia is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Physician to join a collaborative and patient-focused primary care team.
Position Overview:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Conduct physical exams, histories, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and manage individualized, patient-centered care plans
- Deliver preventive care services, including screenings and vaccinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging studies
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EHR)
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams for coordinated care
- Work within a well-established 130+ bed community hospital environment
