A hospital-affiliated outpatient practice north of Newark, New Jersey is seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team providing high-quality care to a diverse community.
Position Highlights:
- Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care in a high-volume practice
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient base
- Provide preventive care including wellness exams, screenings, and vaccines
- Build long-term patient relationships through continuity of care
- Create and manage individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with specialists and care teams
- Use modern EHR and advanced diagnostic tools
- Educate patients on prevention, treatment, and lifestyle health
- Work in a supportive, team-based clinical environment
- Focus on quality outcomes and coordinated care
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Active or eligible New Jersey medical license
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Clear, patient-centered communication style
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to ongoing learning and CME
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $220K–$250K
