A growing primary care team in Peoria, Illinois is looking for a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice.
Position Highlights
- Established outpatient practice with two Family Medicine physicians, an APP and experienced clinical support staff
- Provide care alongside Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine and Preventive Medicine services
- Convenient access to on-site X-ray services Monday–Thursday
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
- Fully integrated health system with Epic EMR for seamless care coordination

Compensation/Benefits:
- $325K–$360K compensation range
