A community-based rural health organization in northern New Hampshire along the Vermont border is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Primary Care Physician & Medical Director to provide direct patient care while leading a dedicated primary care team.

Position Highlights:
  • Serve as both a Primary Care Physician and Medical Director
  • Provide comprehensive primary care in a community-based rural health setting
  • Care for patients across the spectrum of primary care needs
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the medical provider team
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Leadership role with involvement in clinical standards, provider performance and practice operations


Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another full-scope primary care specialty
  • Current or eligible New Hampshire medical license
  • DEA registration
  • Primary care experience required
  • 5+ years of leadership or executive experience
  • 10 years of community clinic experience preferred
