A community-based rural health organization in northern New Hampshire along the Vermont border is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Primary Care Physician & Medical Director to provide direct patient care while leading a dedicated primary care team.
- Serve as both a Primary Care Physician and Medical Director
- Provide comprehensive primary care in a community-based rural health setting
- Care for patients across the spectrum of primary care needs
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the medical provider team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care

- Leadership role with involvement in clinical standards, provider performance and practice operations
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another full-scope primary care specialty
- Current or eligible New Hampshire medical license
- DEA registration
- Primary care experience required
- 5+ years of leadership or executive experience
- 10 years of community clinic experience preferred
