Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
- Choose 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, LPNs, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Coordinate referrals and promote continuity of care
- Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and immunizations
- Review diagnostic results and guide appropriate follow-up care
- Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives
- Opportunity to work across various care settings, including traditional clinics and other community-based locations
