A well-established primary care team is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join practices at various locations across Connecticut.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine — birth through adult
- Full-time, weekdays only
- No call
- Established, collaborative primary care teams
- Work alongside physicians, APPs, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and experienced clinical staff
- Strong provider, nursing, MA, and front-office collaboration
- Manage an established patient panel

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of traditional primary care experience managing a patient panel
- Demonstrated ability to see 18+ patients per day
- APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training
- Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials appropriate for primary care practice
