- Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
- Effectively communicate with clinical and administrative staff across various internal platforms
- Provide high quality, patient centered care to all patients
- Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Foster a trusting relationship with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
- Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
- Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions
- See a range of 25-30 patients per day, both in-person and virtually
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm), Friday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm)
- Work alongside an internal medicine physician, and a dedicated administrative and clinical staff
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in a primary care/urgent care setting
- ACLS
- BLS
- English
- Spanish - Preferred
