Position Overview:
- Full-time position in an outpatient primary care clinic
- See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
- Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care
- Monday–Friday schedule with minimal call responsibility
