Seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care team in Topsham, Maine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive community-based practice.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient primary care position
- Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management
- Modern EMR system and strong clinical support staff
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
- Active Maine NP license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA certification or eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
