Requirements:
- Need to have at least (3) three years’ experience practicing within either an Internal Medicine or Family Practice setting.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon at the time of hire.
- License must include prescriptive authority.

- Base pay $135,000.00 - $190,000.00 depending on experience
