Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care team in Southern Maine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan in a collaborative, community-focused health system.
Position Highlights:
- Provide full-scope outpatient primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
- Work within an established and supportive primary care practice
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
- Active or eligible Maine state NP licensure
- DEA certification or eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
