We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician for a hospitalist position with an academic teaching component in Southern California, approximately 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga.
This hybrid role blends primarily inpatient care with resident teaching and limited outpatient responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to impact patient care while mentoring the next generation of physicians.
Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inpatient hospitalist rounds and oversee patient care in a fast-paced, underserved community
- Serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine residency program, rounding and teaching residents during inpatient shifts
- Participate in traditional primary care outpatient teaching related to resident education; outpatient clinical duties are limited
- Open ICU coverage for hospitalist team
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, plus 1 weekend per month
- J-1 visa waiver sponsorship available for Primary Care shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $275K per year
