You will practice in skilled nursing and post-acute settings with a clear runway for growth, supported by an experienced physician team and strong centralized operations (billing/collections, software, documentation workflows). The role is structured to scale— especially through physician extender (NP/PA) utilization as volume expands.

- Base of $325K plus uncapped earning potential - total of $425-500K possible

Services Offered:
- Facility rounds two or more times a week for initial evaluation as well as follow-ups of residents receiving therapy services. Please note, telemedicine rehabilitation management of patients is also available.
- Attending Medicare meetings
- Discussion of discharge plans during weekly Medicare meeting
- Communication of plan of care with patient and family members
- Screenings for assisted living and long term care residents who may benefit from Medicare Part B therapy services
- Support to the primary care team including attending physician, therapy, nursing and administration
- Perform joint injections as needed, including knees and shoulders
- Perform trigger point injections as needed, to help manage pain and reduce the need for oral analgesics
- Diagnosing orthopedic, neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Signing home health and durable medical equipment orders at discharges, as appropriate
- Providing clinical documentation to help support therapy, RAC Audits and federal surveys
