We are seeking two experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide geriatric behavioral health care across the Greater Boston region, with one role based in Lynn/Brighton and the other serving Beverly/Gloucester on the North Shore.
Position Highlights:
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM schedule
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Comprehensive behavioral health care for older adult patients
- Work across clinic, home, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings
- Manage psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning
- Focus on reducing psychiatric hospitalizations and supporting continuity of care
- Collaborative interdisciplinary care environment
- Opportunity to participate in behavioral health program development and initiatives
- Frequent local travel between practice locations required
- Position 1: Coverage of coastal North Shore sites (Beverly/Gloucester region)
- Position 2: Coverage of Greater Boston metro and North Shore sites (Lynn/Brighton region)
Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner required
- Current Massachusetts NP license required
- DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration required
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with geriatric populations required
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Experience working with diverse, low-income, and culturally complex populations preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and team collaboration skills required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $130K–$170K annually
