Seeking BE/BC Plastic Surgery Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Join an expanding employed plastic-surgery practice with opportunities for academic teaching.
- Focus on medical/reconstructive plastic surgery with some cosmetic procedures.
- Introduce new procedures aligned with your interests and the practice's growth.
- Modern operating suites and inpatient/outpatient resources support care.
- Work with experienced surgeons, anesthesiologists and nursing professionals.
- Forty-hour weekday schedule, generally 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with variable days.
Compensation & Benefits
- Published annual compensation range: $492,741-$809,144.
- Sign-on/relocation bonus described in the detailed posting.
- Seven weeks of PTO and a $4,500 CME allowance.
