Seeking a motivated, skilled, full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care across reconstructive, cosmetic, and aesthetic services in a supportive, community-based healthcare environment.
Role Overview & Responsibilities:
- Lead outpatient clinic care for patients with cosmetic, reconstructive, and dermatologic concerns
- Evaluate patients through focused histories, physical exams, and aesthetic assessments
- Diagnose and manage conditions related to skin health, aesthetics, wound care, and post-surgical recovery
- Perform and assist with in-office procedures, including:
- Injectables (Botox, fillers)
- Laser treatments
- Minor excisions and biopsies
- Wound care and suture removal
- First assist in the operating room as credentialed
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
- Manage pre- and post-operative care, including orders, prescriptions, and follow-up
- Educate patients on skincare, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic
- Contribute to a team-based, patient-centered environment, including quality initiatives and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current or eligible licensure in Minnesota:
- NP (with prescriptive authority) or PA
- Board certification:
- ANCC or AANP (NP)
- NCCPA (PA)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Interest in serving a rural and diverse patient population
Competitive Compensation & Benefits Package to include:
- Salary Range: $130K-$145K
