Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician for a 100% outpatient practice in Rome, Georgia. Relocation to Rome is required; an active Georgia license is preferred.
- Monday–Friday plus one Saturday monthly, 9 AM–1 PM. No Sundays, hospital rounding or ER work.
- 20–25 patients daily; work at the same two assigned clinic sites about 90% of the time. Clinics serve Rome, Cartersville, Trion and Cedartown.
- Guaranteed annual base salary: $250,000 for new graduates, $275,000 with up to five years' experience, and $300,000 with more than five years' experience.
- 401(k) employer match, malpractice coverage, professional fees, and three weeks of PTO/holidays. Health insurance is not offered.
- Four-year employment agreement with guaranteed annual increases and voluntary renewal option.
- Eligible providers may apply for federal HRSA/NHSC loan repayment; awards depend on eligibility, qualifying debt, funding and program approval. This is separate from base salary and is not guaranteed.
- Clinical mentorship, nursing support, referral coordination and pediatric MacPractice EMR.
