An independent, not-for-profit health system in northern Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician.
Position details
- ASAP start; client cannot accept 2028 candidates.
- Join two pediatricians in a hospital-employed position.
- Monday–Friday clinic with one half-day off per week; 20–25 patients daily.
- Ten call days monthly including one weekend.
- Approximately 700 deliveries annually; Level II nursery.
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary plus production bonus opportunity.
- Starting bonus up to $40,000, or Arkansas Community Match Program if eligible.
- Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000.
