Seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a community-focused healthcare team in Pasco, Washington, serving rural patients through integrated care.
Position Highlights:
- Established practice details include a four-day, 10-hour schedule, approximately 20 patients per day across two columns, and a team with one dentist and two hygienists.
- Care for infants, children and adolescents, including those with complex medical needs, developmental delays and behavioral challenges.
- Provide preventive and emergency treatment, restorations, crowns, space maintainers, extractions and dental infection management.
- Perform comprehensive dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia in a hospital operating room and maintain appropriate hospital privileges.
- Completion of a CODA-approved pediatric dental residency is required; pediatric board certification is preferred. Washington dental licensure, DEA, CPR/BLS and PALS are required or must be obtained as specified.
- Collaborate across disciplines, educate families and help train staff, residents and students. Travel between clinics may be required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary range: $148,886.4–$193,564.8.
