Seeking a BC/BE Pathologist to join a hospital-based team in northern Rhode Island. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to help transition services in-house while working in a collaborative environment with strong laboratory support and a diverse case mix.
Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time, hospital-based pathology role transitioning from an outsourced model
- Interpret a wide range of cases including surgical pathology, bone marrow, peripheral smears, gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology
- Support clinical services across surgery, oncology, interventional radiology, and maternity
- Collaborate with experienced lab personnel and multidisciplinary teams
- Opportunity to build and shape an in-house pathology program
- Practice in a community-focused hospital with a strong commitment to quality care

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $300K–$350K/year
