Seeking part time BE/BC Interventional Radiologist; 2 weeks per month, not on a locum basis – but a permanent, employed, position, just SE of Grand Junction.

- Schedule: 2 weeks per month (Monday–Friday, 8-hour days)
- No weekends, no call
- State-acclaimed Trauma Level IV designation; 50 minute transport by ground, 15 minutes by air to Trauma II facility. Primarily farm and agricultural related trauma.
- Hospitalists on site 24/7 on Med/Surg and in the ICU
- General Surgeons and Anesthesia (CRNAs) are on call 24/7
- Laboratory on site 24/7; turnaround approximately 1 – 1 ½ hour
- Radiology support 24/7; top of the line radiology equipment
- Well established call arrangements with specialty clinics for consultations
- Patient Volume:~1,200 patients/month
- Setting: 49-bed hospital with ICU and full-service ED
- EMR: Meditech 6.08 with MModal dictation
- Mix of diagnostic + interventional radiology
- Procedures:
- Plain films, fluoroscopy
- Ultrasound
- CT / PET
- MRI
- Nuclear medicine
- Image-guided procedures
- Facility includes:
- 49 beds
- 6-bed ICU
- 4 ORs
- 12-room ED (trauma, OB, pediatrics, behavioral health)
- Ability to perform conscious sedation
- Comfortable in a rural/community hospital environment
