Seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
to join our outpatient Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team.

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop multi-modality treatment plans.
- Manage medications and provide ongoing patient follow-up.
- Utilize EMR systems effectively and maintain strong clinical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with experienced physicians in a combined PM&R / Orthopedic department.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher.
- Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
- Active New Hampshire ARNP or PA license and current DEA number (required prior to start).
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred (new grads considered).
- Experience in Pain Management or related specialty is a plus.
- Must be insurable under professional liability coverage.
