- Full-time Pain Medicine physician role (fellowship required)
- Join a collaborative team of 1 full-time and 5 part-time pain specialists
- Robust APP support and integrated clinic model
- High-volume practice seeing 100+ patients per day
- Four fully equipped interventional suites with fluoroscopy and ultrasound
- Additional OR access available for procedures as needed
- Multidisciplinary spine and pain program closely aligned with neurosurgery, including regular case conferences
- Pain medicine functions as a primary entry point for spine-related care, supported by on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and advanced imaging (including MRI)
- Physician-led dyad leadership structure with active provider involvement in organizational decision-making and system governance
