Seeking a full-time Pain Management Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join an outpatient Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team in southern New Hampshire.

- We are looking for a dedicated, patient-centered provider with a strong interest in spine, musculoskeletal, and pain management care.
- The ideal candidate will play a vital role in patient care, focusing on comprehensive evaluations, development of multi-modality treatment plans, medication management, and ongoing patient follow-up.
- Strong skills in clinical documentation, EMR utilization, and interdisciplinary communication are essential.
- The provider will work closely with a collaborative team of experienced physicians in a combined Orthopedic/PM&R department.
- Well-established, respected practice with over 25 years of service
- Offers a full spectrum of Pain Management services, including in-clinic minimally invasive procedures.
- On-site ultrasound capabilities and fluoroscopic-guided procedures performed at the adjacent hospital.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Pain Management or a related specialty is a plus
