Position Highlights:
- Established outpatient psychiatry practice with strong collegial support
- Flexible full-time schedule with sustainable patient volume
- Average outpatient volume of 16–22 patients per day
- Weekday call rotation approximately 1:8
- No evening, night, or weekend call(tele-psychiatry provides after-hours coverage)
- Strong clinical support staff and coordinated care model
- May provide coverage across multiple regional clinics
- Focus on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
