A well-established critical access community hospital in the Texas Panhandle is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a hospital-employed outpatient primary care practice.
Position Overview:
- Hospital-employed position within a physician-led medical group
- Outpatient-only primary care practice(no inpatient responsibilities)
- Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- No weekends required
- Average patient volume: ~20 patients per day
- Light call structure: phone-only, shared via answering service (own panel patients only)
- Opportunity to serve a growing rural and underserved community (~65,000 population base)
- Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred
