Seeking BE/BC Otolaryngology Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.
Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities
- Lead a general ENT division providing comprehensive services, in-office procedures, routine surgery and head-and-neck care.
- Subspecialty development is welcome, with advanced-practice support and a team approach.
- Oversee clinical and administrative activities, with particular emphasis on ambulatory practice.
- Perform OPPE and FPPE, monitor privileged providers and promote clinical quality and safety.
- Coordinate interdepartmental services and communication, integrate division activities into broader operations and improve care processes.
- Orient and educate staff, communicate policy changes and uphold medical-staff bylaws, policies and regulations.
- Full-time, 40-hour weekday position, generally 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- Published annual compensation range: $419,965-$643,479.
- Relocation/sign-on bonus and additional incentives.
- Seven weeks of vacation, sick time and CME, plus a $4,500 CME allowance.
