Physician owned, multi-specialty group is seeking a BC/BE ENT Physician who values high quality care and work/life balance to join their team in the heart of Washington state!
Details:
- Full-time position
- General ENT practice, but fellowships welcome
- Join a team of five highly skilled ENT physicians and one APP
- Four or five-day schedule available
- One surgical day per week
- Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position
- ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday – Thursday block every five weeks)
- Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program
- Epic EMR
- Ideal candidate should have:
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
Compensation/Benefits May Include:
- Annual salary range: $498,149 to $538,539
- First year salary guarantee, RVU production in year two
