A leading healthcare organization in Champaign, Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join an established Head & Neck Surgery department offering clinical autonomy, a strong referral base, and opportunities for teaching and research.
Position Highlights:
- General Otolaryngology opportunity within a well-established specialty department
- Full-time and non-traditional scheduling options available
- Join a team of 6 board-certified Otolaryngologists
with subspecialty expertise in:
- Otology/Neurotology
- Comprehensive ENT
- Advanced Rhinology
- Head & Neck Oncology with free flap reconstruction
- Supported by 4 Physician Assistants
- Busy, ready-made practice with a strong referral network
- Daytime call responsibilities with inpatient support from APPs
- Night call less than 1:6
- Practice in a newly built clinic with access to a new, adjoining 23,000-square-foot surgery center
- Surgical cases performed at the surgery center and hospital campus
- Opportunity for teaching and research through a nationally recognized medical school focused on healthcare and engineering

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $500K–$550K
