A growing, physician-led health system in north central Pennsylvania is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join an established, collaborative orthopedic team within a high-acuity regional referral environment.
Position Highlights:
- Join one other fellowship-trained trauma surgeon in a well-established orthopedic trauma service
- Comfortable participation in occasional Level II trauma call
- Strong interdisciplinary partnerships with general orthopedics, podiatry, and plastic surgery locally and across the region
- Dedicated support team including 6 experienced PA-C/CRNP providers and 2 surgical first-assist techs
- Flexible schedule with protected block OR time (4 out of 5 weekdays)
- High-functioning, team-based surgical environment with strong clinical support
- Brand-new outpatient clinic space located steps from the ED and operating rooms
- Opportunity to practice in a growing regional orthopedic network with strong referral volume
