This is a rare opportunity to step into a mature, high-volume joint replacement program while working alongside an experienced orthopedic surgeon during a planned succession. Over the next several years, you'll assume increasing surgical volume, complexity, and long-term leadership of one of the hospital's flagship service lines—without the challenge of building a practice from scratch.

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $641,000–$757,000+
- $140,000 bonus package, including:
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $90,000 retention bonuses over three years
- Additional paid call opportunities ($2,500/weekend)

- 10 days CME plus $7,500 CME allowance
