Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Washington State license or eligibility
- Orthopedic surgery experience preferred
- Surgical first assist experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $142K–$164K, based on experience
