Seeking BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon for a full-time general orthopedics practice with a sports component in central Michigan.
Practice & Schedule
- Treat fractures, joint conditions and general orthopedic cases; perform arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction and rotator-cuff repair, with athletic-team coverage opportunities.
- Customizable schedule generally combines 2-3 clinic days and 2-3 operating days weekly.
- Immediate patient base, collaborative operating-block access and experienced surgical staff.
- Epic, practice-funded scribes, MAs and APP support, including inpatient rounding.
- Home-based ER call approximately 3-5 shifts monthly; unassigned call is paid separately.
- Expanding outpatient infrastructure brings imaging, procedures, casting and multidisciplinary musculoskeletal services together.
Compensation & Benefits
- Typically two years of guaranteed base salary, benchmarked to MGMA, plus wRVU incentives.
- Negotiable sign-on bonus and student-loan assistance; relocation up to $15,000.
